One other food which serves a medicinal purpose aside being a treat is cocoa.

Natural cocoa powder is unsweetened, and has a subtly bitter taste. However, one needs just a teaspoonful in a mug of warm water. This makes it easy to drink, reaping its amazing benefits.

Other sweeteners can be added to cocoa powder to make more appealing. Including honey and a bit of milk can work the magic!
